This is a new generation Concrete Batching Plant integrated with advanced PLC technology automation that allows to perform functionalities like high speed weighing, automatic scale tolerance checking, inventory monitoring, reports generation including batch wise, load wise, data wise, recipe wise and production wise reports for a better and cost effective concrete manufacturing process. The newly designed Twin shaft mixer and Planetary Mixer enables efficient mixing of concrete with less wastage and improved quality parameters. This is a proficient concrete production unit which is designed to give optimum mixing performance while reducing the operation and production costs with lesser maintenance required. We can supply both standard as well as customized batching plants for concrete to meet the high-end concrete manufacturing requirements of our clients.

Concrete Batching Plant is used to produce concrete by uniform mixing of cement, sand, water, crushed stone etc. in the plant. To increase the quality of the finished product other substances like fly ash, or micro silica is also been added. Basically, the concrete batch plants are been categorized into four parts as aggregate feeding, powder feeding that includes fly ash, cement etc., admixture for mixing the  materials, conveyance and storage, and water.
