CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY

All HOMGART products are made from softwood lumber (spruce, pine), chamber drying. Wood is harvested in the northern regions of the Vologda Oblast and dried to a moisture content of 14%. Thanks to this, HOMGART products retain their geometry throughout the entire service life - they do not crack or deform.

The beam in the walls is laid according to the spike-groove technology. In the corners of the wall, it is fastened with a lock connection with a wind cut - this gives rigidity to the structure and protects against blowing. The harness from the beam and the floor logs are made of a bar impregnated with an antiseptic with a section of 100 x 150 mm.
